If youāre looking for sourdough workshop, donāt hesitate no more because this workshop actually worth your time & money.
Beng gave insightful advice and really targetted the direction I was going for. My bf and I wanted to pick up baking sourdough as hobby because both of us are sourdough lovers. So we asked ourselves why donāt we turn interest into income. When we first started this journey, making starter and sourdough always failed. Juggling with our full time, we had no time and energy to troubleshoot. So I decided to sign up for this workshop hoping to not make any mistakes because troubleshooting was difficult.
Beng beng not just provided valueable feedback, but he also gave me tips throughout the sourdough making process so that I donāt make mistakes like how he did. He also helped me pinpoint what did we go wrong, and gave advice on how to improve it.
Beng beng not just teaching me how to bake a perfect sourdough, but to also help me find my vision in the business and how can we ensure smooth operation being home baker. Having an entrepreneur and baker as my mentor is my pleasure and privilege.

After this one and half days enjoyable workshop, my conclusion is as follows:
First, this workshop is not only to learn how to make sourdough bread, but also for Founder Mr. Beng to share his marketing strategy and thoughts on how to run a contemporary bakery business nowadays.
Secondly, upon completion of this workshop, after practicing several times, I am able to make my own sourdough bread independently with following the theory and the technique learned from the workshop.
Thirdly, if you are interesting in opening a bakery shop or just simply want to learn the method of making sourdough bread, this workshop is absolutely the right choice for you.

Bengās approach to sourdough making is very practical and not overly complicated. Most importantly, he explains what to look out for when making sourdough in our Malaysian climate (hot and humid). Very informative and enjoyable class.
